Founded in 2012, the German economic and Cultural Promotion Association is a non functional organization. Over the years, it has attracted leaders and elites from all walks of life. With the continuous growth and development of time, many success stories have been made by the Association, especially Germany's leading dualistic education in the world. The Chinese Embassy in China and others elaborated on the current work of this project. They first affirmed and fully supported the CPPCC.

At present, the Association is cooperating in running schools, language training and order-based education in many cities of China. Chinese students go directly to German public vocational schools to receive "dual system" vocational training. They will receive exactly the same treatment and future as German students, free of tuition fees, and enjoy the support of the German government.It provides new opportunities for Chinese students to solve employment in Germany.

German WBS Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 1897. The WBS Vocational and Technical Training Institute of Germany and German Education Publishing House are part of the Group's education sector. The College was founded in 1979 with 1000 teachers and experts. There are also vocational education research institutes. There are 200 WBS branches in German cities.
